1 or 2 persons: Nightly Rate: $190; Weekly Rate: $1,100.

3 persons: Nightly Rate: $240; Weekly Rate {5 to 7 night stay}: $1,250.

4 persons: Nightly Rate: $290; Weekly Rate {5 to 7 night stay}: $1,450.

RESERVATIONS/DEPOSITS/CANCELLATION: Reservations are confirmed upon payment in full and must be secured by MasterCard or Visa at time of reservation. Cancellation: Deposit, less a $50.00 administrative fee, will be refunded if reservation is canceled at least 60 days prior to arrival date. 50% Deposit will be refunded if reservation is canceled with 45 to 60 days’ notice. With less than 45 days' notice, deposit can not be refunded. NO SMOKING; NO PETS. Maximum occupancy: 4 persons.
