Guest Room Descriptions and Amenities:
All guest rooms are air conditioned, have private ensuite baths; in-room coffee/tea service, luxurious guest robes, cable tv, comfortable chairs, good reading lamps. Hair dryers, iron, & ironing board available. Phone available for guests' use in parlor. A bountiful breakfast, elegantly presented in our dining room, is included. Late afternoon light refreshments are offered.

Arlington Room {ground floor, front}: A fresh country look with  and a mahogany four poster queen bed and antique mirrored armoire. This spacious, stenciled, high ceiling front bedroom accommodates comfortable reading/tv viewing chairs, good reading lamps, and has a shower bath. This first floor location provides easy access to the parlor, dining room, and wrap-around front porch.

Dorset Suite {Tucked under the eaves; 2nd floor, front/back. Spacious two bedroom, one bath suite} Spacious master bedroom features dormered windows, corner sofa, tv, dresser; good reading lamps; queen sleigh bed of cherry wood, comfortable arm chair. The connecting dormered & sky lit bed/sitting room has twin beds. Bath has shower over soaking tub.

* Manchester Room * {2nd floor, front/back}: Elegantly appointed front guest room with  king size four poster oak bed and hand made quilt. Fireplace, reading/tv viewing nook with love seat. Guests enjoying a soak in the large, stenciled Victorian claw foot tub will be treated to spectacular views of West Mountain! This luxurious, spacious bath also features a dressing table and chairs, and has a separate stall shower.

* West Mountain Room * {2nd floor, back}: Tucked away at the top of its own private hall and stair, this demi suite offers an intimate setting amidst comfortable elegance. Angled, skylighted ceilings are features of the spacious room and bath. The King bed {which can be converted to twin beds} features a hand made quilt. Sitting area with two comfortably upholstered chairs and reading lamp faces fireplace and windows, with their westerly view overlooking spacious lawns, gardens, and beyond, to West Mountain.

Rates shown are based on double occupancy per night (Dorset Suite rates based on # of persons) and include a full breakfast. 9% Vermont Rooms’ Tax will be added. Rates are subject to change without notice. Please inquire about specials, extended stays and midweek rates.

Reservations: Confirmed with security of deposit, equal to one night's charge or 50% of charge for stay of 3 or more nights. Deposits may be secured by MasterCard or Visa and are charged at time of reservation.

Credit Card Data: To ensure security, we do not retain the credit card number or expiration date in our systems.

Cancellations: Secured deposit, less a $25 per room administrative fee, will be refunded only if reservation is cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival date. With less than 14 days' notice, deposit can not be refunded.

Minimum Stay: A two night minimum may be required on most weekends during summer and foliage seasons; two or three night minimum may be required during some holiday periods.

Check-In: 4 pm - 10 pm, or by special arrangement.
